Making an enquiry for our highly specialized product may sometimes seem very daunting, but if you follow these 3 easy steps, you will start off the process a little more confident, and also get a more defined and correct quotation.

1. First and foremost, know your budget and don’t be afraid to tell us. It might seem simple, but you’d be surprised at the amount of people who don’t want to tell or haven’t really thought it out. By putting your cards on the table the first time, you will receive a concise and realistic quotation. Our job is to give you the best event possible within your budgetary constraints.

2. Know your guests and tell us. Designing a cocktail menu for a group of people that have hearty appetites is far different to say a group of petite eaters. Timing of your event will also greatly impact on the amount of food needing to be offered.

3. Have all relevant details of the event ready. Date, time, approximate number of guests, venue, access, available equipment on site and finally have an expectation of how you want your event to be executed.
